UniSeva Foundation has been created for the common citizens to provide financial help to the family of the members associated with the group in case of their sudden death.
Anyone who is 18 years or above, i.e. all citizens, men or women, can join Uniseva Foundation. The age limit for membership is from 18 to 55 years, while once a member is made, he is allowed to continue membership till the age of 65. Membership will automatically end as soon as the member turns 65 years old.
The lock in period for all members will be 3 months. It is mandatory to provide all the assistance issued during the lock in period. Lock in period of 3 months means that if a member registers as per the rules on 1st January, if he dies in the same year before 12 midnight on 30th March, then his nominee will not receive the assistance.
If any legal member of Unisewa Foundation dies an untimely and tragic death, then all the remaining members associated with Unisewa Foundation will send financial assistance in the minimum amount determined by the organization on official call as per rules, directly to the bank account of the organization. At present, the financial assistance is being fixed at a minimum of Rs. 50 per member. The organization will reserve the right to reduce the minimum amount per member according to the number of members.
For statutory membership, it is mandatory to make all the contributions till the lock-in period and after the lock-in period, it is mandatory to make 90% of the total contribution. In case there is a gap of more than 2 years between membership and the date of death, 90% of the total contribution made during the period 2 years before the date of death should be made.
The organization will be free to examine and decide on its own level in matters of legality or any other matter wherever it deems fit. No member/nominee will be able to make a legal claim to get financial support, rather efforts will be made to get financial support morally on the basis of the decision taken by the team regarding legality.
During or after the cooperation, if a member mistakenly sends an excess amount to the account of the organization being cooperated with, then upon presenting proper evidence, the organization will have to return the amount directly to that member's account.
If a member does not cooperate after becoming a member or leaves 1 or more cooperations after cooperating for a few months / years, as a result of which he does not even come under the scope of 90% cooperation or becomes illegal, in such a situation he can get legal membership again after cooperating for 6 months continuously and completing the time period of 6 months.
No appeal for financial assistance will be made in case of suicide by a member. Appeal for financial assistance will be made in case of all types of deaths except suicide.
If the nominee appointed by the member has himself murdered the member, then such nominee will not be given any financial help. In such a situation, if required, the institution will be free to select a suitable nominee for the deceased member at its discretion.
If any member spreads propaganda or rumors against Unisewa Foundation or makes allegations without presenting any proof or data, the team will be free to cancel his membership and take legal action.
If any member is found behaving indecently with any officer of Unisewa Foundation or is involved in any activity against Unisewa Foundation, then upon finding sufficient evidence the membership of that member will be cancelled.
Management fee-- Management fee is fixed at Rs. 50, which is taken online in the committee's account, and the committee will give its account from time to time and various types of facilities will be given to the members in lieu of management fee.
